Helix Signature is our made-to-order sauna line. Most saunas come in fixed sizes, so your space has to work around the cabin. We do it the other way round. Helix designs and manufactures saunas to your exact footprint, height and capacity, in the form and finish you want, then delivers and installs the finished room. Whether it is a two-person garden cabin, a glass-fronted centrepiece for a spa, or a commercial suite that seats twenty, it is built to fit and built to last.

Why go bespoke

An off-the-shelf cabin is quick, but it rarely uses the space well, and it never quite matches the room it sits in. A bespoke sauna solves both: it fills the footprint you actually have, it is finished to sit beautifully in your interior or your landscape, and it is specified around how many people will use it and how often. For a commercial operator that means higher capacity in the same square metres; for a home it means a room that looks designed-in rather than dropped in. Either way you get the full traditional Finnish experience, deep dry heat at 80 to 100°C, which is the most studied recovery ritual in human history. What we can build

Barrel, cube, corner, panoramic glass front, tiered or L-shaped benching, or a sauna built into an existing room, in Thermowood, Nordic spruce, cedar or hemlock, with a Harvia or equivalent heater sized precisely to the cabin, electric or wood-fired. Designed around your space

The process is simple and it removes the guesswork. We survey the space and talk through how it will be used, then design the cabin around it and agree a layout and a visual with you up front, so you can see exactly how it will look and sit before anything is manufactured. Only then do we build. There are no surprises on delivery day because the design was signed off long before.

What it returns

Heat is the amenity people use again and again, four to seven times a week in the research that matters, which makes utilisation-to-cost unusually favourable: a traditional sauna is mechanically simple and inexpensive to run, yet it is often the reason a member renews. Built to the right size for your throughput, a bespoke sauna earns its floor space quietly and consistently. Can you really build any size?
Yes. Because we design and manufacture in-house, the sauna is built to your exact footprint, height and capacity rather than forcing your space to fit a standard cabin. We start from your dimensions and your brief.

What shapes and styles can I have?
Barrel, cube, corner, panoramic glass-fronted, bench layouts to suit, or a sauna built into an existing room. We help you choose the form that suits the space and the look you want.

Which timber and heater do you use?
A choice of Thermowood, Nordic spruce, cedar and hemlock, with a Harvia or equivalent heater sized to the cabin volume, electric or wood-fired. We specify both around your room and expected throughput.

Do I get to see the design first?
Yes. We agree a layout and a visual up front, so you know exactly how it will look and sit before we manufacture anything.

Can it go outdoors, and is it built for commercial use?
Both. We build for indoor or outdoor placement and to commercial-grade durability for high-traffic gym, spa and hotel settings.

How do delivery and installation work?
