At home, a barrel sauna is the fastest route to a garden sauna, while a traditional cabin suits a dedicated indoor room. In facilities, traditional cabins suit wellness floors and premium spas; barrel saunas excel outdoors as a destination feature; steam rooms add an indulgent, humid option many guests prefer. Confirm power (larger heaters may need three-phase), ventilation and drainage early, as these often dictate layout.
