Activshape Pilates is an enclosed capsule for hot yoga and Pilates, heated to body temperature with quartz infrared and a red light therapy mattress. Forty or more static poses are guided on screen, with resistance ropes adding load for the body, wrists and ankles. Colour therapy and a pull-out retractable mat complete a calm, complete session for studios, spas and clubs.
Activshape Pilates puts a whole hot-Pilates studio inside one capsule — instructor optional. Heated to body temperature with quartz infrared, fitted with a red light therapy mattress and resistance ropes, it guides forty or more poses on screen while colour therapy sets the mood. For a client it's a calm, complete session that works the body and tends to the skin in one go.
